We have had so much fun in the native plant garden this fall. The highlight of our club was when we planted new native plants. We also made special plant tags to identify other plants in the garden. Come visit our garden at the Northeast side of the school!
Spring has sprung and our gardeners have been very busy preparing the South School native plant garden. We cut down the old growth from last years plants, we dug up tons of weeds, and we each got our own native plant to add to the garden. Some other highlights of our spring club include: making a life-size, South School panda statue for our garden and growing our own black-eyed susan plants from native seed. Please visit our garden the summer with your family to see the native plants in bloom. Also, click on the gallery tab above to see pictures from our spring club.
