South School Dismissal Permission Change

This form will be available 12:00 am - 1:30 pm (Monday through Friday) at the beginning of the 2022 school year.

We request all parents/guardians use this form to submit a dismissal permission change by 1:30 p.m. on the day of the change. Please note that we will not be able to accommodate changes after 1:30 p.m.
